Return & Refund Policy
At Frilly Jungle Shoes, we want every little step to be a happy one. We take pride in offering beautiful, high-quality shoes for little girls, and we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help make the return process as simple as possible.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original shoe box and packaging.
- Include all original tags and accessories.
To maintain the quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on shoes that have been worn outdoors, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at frilly.jungle.us@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as this helps us process your return quickly and accurately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- We made an error while fulfilling your order.
For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
As a boutique, many of our collections are available in limited quantities and can sell out quickly.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee exchanges for another size or style. If you need a different size, we recommend returning your eligible item for a refund and placing a new order as soon as possible while inventory is still available.
Website Maintenance & Temporary Closures
As a small boutique, we occasionally close our website for inventory restocks, seasonal collection launches, maintenance, or system upgrades.
During these temporary closures:
- Existing orders will continue to be processed unless otherwise communicated.
- Returns and refunds will continue to be honored, although processing times may be slightly longer than normal.
- Customer service response times may also be delayed.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work behind the scenes to bring you new collections and provide the best possible shopping experience.
Order Cancellations
Our orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipping. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or order change requests can be accommodated once an order has been placed.
